Shipping Policy

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
