Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will happily replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Sizing Issues

Please review the sizing charts carefully before ordering. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit as expected unless the item is defective.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier or provide a replacement when applicable.
